They are ideal for smaller spaces such as parking lots that need the extra protection. No more worries about break-ins. Heightened security while optimizing your space
Our remote-controlled slide gates are designed to move smoothly to the right or left on a track to allow vehicles in and out of properties. In high-security settings with insufficient space for a gate to swing open, a slide gate is a natural solution. Like our other automated gate options, they can accommodate an intercom or call box for guests to communicate with someone who will control the gate to let them in.
Many properties are not completely level. Whether residential or commercial, a slide gate is a great solution for openings with an upward pitch that make swing gates impossible. The extra space you’ll have provides other benefits, such as being able to park closer to the gate inside the entrance.
Being heavier than swing gates and more difficult to break in, they are ideal in high-security locations from airports to prisons. If you want your 60-foot-wide slide gate to open to the right, you just need the same length of track space alongside the fencing to the right of your entrance. Those wider entrances may require double-track gates that use four mounting posts instead of two. For folks who want the look of a gate that parts in the middle, bi-parting slide gates may also be an option – as long as there is sufficient space on each side to fit the gate as it glides open.
