Our automatic swing gates combine mechanical and electronic systems to give you the controlled access you need. Unlike sliding gates, they don’t require any type of track or support wheel on the ground, making them ideal for properties with limited space or uneven terrain. Their movement is powered by a variety of motors, also called “gate operators”, that are attached to the gate. The gate operator can sometimes be hidden with creative landscaping. We also have options for “in-ground” (sometimes called underground) gate operators. We work with you to customize each part so you can have a full understanding of what your entrance will look like and how it will function before anything is installed.
Swing gates are a favorite of our clients with grand (expansive, or especially long or wide) driveways because they combine the aesthetics of a traditional entrance with added convenience and limited maintenance. Use any one of several types of devices to open it as you approach in your car, and we can program the gate to automatically shut behind you or only after your command. EES can install an intercom outside the gate for guests and delivery vehicles to announce their arrival, with optional streaming video that lets you keep an eye on things from anywhere. Using your mobile device, you control who has access to your property no matter where you are.
